Zapier when a connector already exists, Make.com for multi-step logic, n8n when you want control, and a Cloudflare Worker when volume makes per-task pricing silly.

Accounts, code and credentials stay in your name. Nothing is locked inside my login, and nothing secret is pasted into a shared blueprint.

What tools do you build automations with?
n8n, Make.com and Zapier for connecting apps; Cloudflare Workers, D1 and cron jobs for custom code and high-volume work; and the Claude and OpenAI APIs for AI steps. I pick the cheapest option that will run reliably for your volume.
Do I need to pay for an expensive CRM?
Not necessarily. If you already have a CRM, I connect to it. If you don't, I can set up an affordable one or build a lightweight CRM on Cloudflare that you own, with no per-user fees. I run my own business on one I built this way.
What is missed-call text back?
When you miss a call, the caller gets an SMS or WhatsApp within seconds with a short reply and a booking link, so the lead keeps talking to you instead of calling the next business on Google.
How much does automation cost?
