Can you help if my GoHighLevel account was set up by someone else?
Yes. Most of the work I do on GoHighLevel is fixing or finishing accounts someone else started. I audit what's there first, then quote the fix.
Why do my GoHighLevel workflows stop firing?
Usually a trigger tag was renamed, a filter is too strict, a contact is already in the workflow and re-entry is off, or a contact-level tag is blocking repeat bookings. I check each in order and fix the cause, not the symptom.
Can GoHighLevel connect to JobTread?
Yes, through Zapier, Make.com or a small custom integration with JobTread's Pave API. The important part is finding before creating, so customers and locations aren't duplicated.
